Gotta love the thought of all the sweet summer time/family activities ahead.
What's on your schedule for fun and exciting events this summer?

Being home for the first time this summer in a really long time I am most looking forward to camping with my wife and kids....

yeah. that's awesome you get to finally be home. i bet they are so excited. we plan on hiking, biking and hiking a lot. then we have a trip to yellowstone the end of july.

yellowstone was our kids choice. go figure??

Alaskan cruis in a few weeks, then its off to the uintas for a few 3 day hikes (if the snow melts off anytime soon). Planning on Amathyst Lake and Red Castle for sure (May turn this one into a 50 miler), then maybe Kings Peak again and if I am as lucky as Adam, I will be chasing big bulls on the wasatch unit come fall.

We are all so stoked about being home all summer and texas of all places....ah no thanks!

Hiking and Biking are definitely on my schedule as well... I still looking forward to a few more days sledding but can't wait to be in the mountains this summer too.

Now that you'll be home, I got to plan other places to be this summer. The kids keep me busy.. I play softball during the week. With my daughter's dance and girls scouts and soft ball and my boy's soccer and Lagoon work schedule, I hope to get some camping in this summer.. If not, a UCREW BBQ here and there will be on the schedule for sure... JUST SAY WHEN!!! Till then, I'm still riding on SNOW!!!!!!!!!

Yes X that's my finger. Sure you've seen a few of those... getting ready now to go see a plastic surgeon/hand specialist for my finger. It's totally fused and really annoying!

But can I just say.....

Holy crap it's not summer out there!!!!! 39 degrees. geesh!!! Maybe we'll have another May like last year...

Hey X, spent the weekend in good ole MN. Had a surreal ride down memory lane at a buddy's funeral. Weather sucked....as usual. But I had many good laughs with old friends and of course, I drank my share of Summit and Surly.
