Blew up my 09xf, wondering what it entails to swap an hour motor into it. Anybody ever done one? Thanks in advance.

Stupid phone, trying to swap an HO motor into an 09 xf chassis with a square ecm.I was wondering what parts swaps it might require.
You need the HO ecu, injectors, wiring harness, or new injector connectors,and exhaust and bellypan on exhaust side to accomodate the HO silencer outlet. Rest of it is good.

So I can either get a new harness or just change the injector plugs on the old harness (plus the others you mentioned of course)? We bought the HO motor already for around 2k with less than 500mi,is it worth putting that motor in with the extras? or sell it and buy a non HO?
