Check the throttle safety switch and throttle cable adjustment.

Check TSS, but could be stator also, if u need a stator get 1 of the refurbished 1's from arctic cat about $150- they are usually new. I went thru this ordeal in 2010, it was a nightmare.

Had stator rewound this time last year just because it had 2500 miles. A guy in Canada rewound it $175.00.

Ok guys, It was the TPS was set from factory at 0.80 witch is out of spec. Set to spec wont run. Replaced runs better than it ever has. Boged out off idol occasionally when new slowly got worse.

were you able to just replace the tps or did you have to buy a whole new throttle body?, Also did you have to have a dealer set up the tolerances?, I have 09 1000 that has a stutter not really a bog from idle to wot, midrange is fine to wot, when I am hard in gas let off back on I get a stutter or load up.
